Naomi Waxman is a graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.
The Milwaukee Press Club awarded her special report, "Teetering on the brink: Barriers to reproductive health care access," the 2018 bronze prize for Best Online Hard News Feature.
The Wisconsin Policy Forum selected Waxman for the 2016-17 Public Policy Reporting Fellowship with the Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service. She also completed a year of service as a 2011-12 New York service corps member with AVODAH, and worked as a paralegal in the Family & Matrimonial Law Unit of the New York Legal Assistance Group. She is an undergraduate alumna of Lawrence University and earned her Master of Arts degree at Marquette University’s Diederich College of Communication.
