Naomi Waxman is a graduate student at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, specializing in social justice and investigative reporting.
Her special report, "Teetering on the Brink," is a 2018 finalist for the best hard feature story (online) from the Milwaukee Press Club.
Waxman has previously worked as the 2016-17 Wisconsin Policy Forum Reporting Fellow with the Milwaukee Neighborhood News Service., completed a year of service as a 2011-12 New York corps member with AVODAH: The Jewish Service Corps, and worked as a paralegal in the family law unit with the New York Legal Assistance Group. She is an undergraduate alumna of Lawrence University and earned her M.A. at Marquette University’s Diederich College of Communication.
